The Luke Players present
Rashomon
adapted by Fay Kanin and Michael Kanin
Three people, three confessions, but only one truth.
Sheltering under the Rashomon gate during a storm, a priest and a woodcutter tell a wigmaker of their day in court, listening to a bandit,
a samurai and his wife giving their version of events in relation to a murder and an assault. The problem is, no-one knows who is telling the
truth…
Please note that this play contains references to rape and may not be suitable for young children.
