Ticket purchases

Tickets for MPHT events are available to purchase online via the ‘Shop’ link above. 

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email. Please check your confirmation email as soon as you receive it. You do not need to print your tickets, but please ensure you have them on your phone or similar device, so you’re able to show them when you come to the event.

Refunds

We can refund event tickets up to 7 days before the event. Please email estateoffice@moorpoolhall.com to request a refund.

Cancellations

If MPHT needs to cancel an event, we will announce it as soon as possible. Please check our website, Facebook and Instagram pages regularly for updates. If you’ve bought tickets we will contact you, usually via email or telephone, and arrange a ticket refund or exchange.
