We have a number of rooms available to hire out perfect for any occasion, from regular dance classes to private parties or any other event flexible to your requirements!
The Hall is at the heart of the community and built to provide residents with leisure facilities for people to gather, encouraging a sense of community and healthy living which was at the heart of Nettlefold’s vision.
A history of supporting the Moor Pool community
Moor Pool Hall has a long history of hosting various functions for the local and wider community since it was built in 1910 and continues to act as a local centre for the community to this day. It retains its character and purpose and is a large spacious hall suited to a variety of functions that you can tailor to your needs. There is a large Main Hall and smaller Lower Hall. Both are used for a variety of regular weekday classes such as dance, theatre, fitness classes, after school clubs, martial arts, yoga, children and baby classes.
Weekends and one-off bookings include children’s parties, events, coffee mornings, baby showers, and dance hires.
Please be considerate
We ask all our Hirers to respect the Hall and the fact it is a listed building in a conservation area. We want all our Hirers to have a great time and come back to us again and again. The Moor Pool Hall has a lot of character and has been serving the local community and the people of Harborne for over 100 years. We are located at the heart of the community and the activities run at the Hall have to take into account the concerns of residents living close by.
