Pilates is a brilliant low-impact form of exercise which can help to strengthen muscles, improve balance and flexibility and promote body-awareness and relaxation.The class is open to all abilities and ages and we will always welcome new faces.

Mondays: 18.00-19.00 (Main Hall)

Wednesdays: 15.30 – 16.30 (Main Hall)
