Winter Solstice Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Gong Bath

About this event

The winter solstice invites us to pause, honour the stillness and turn inward as we embrace the longest night of the year.

Through yin practice, we soften into the darkness and create space for renewal, preparing for the slow return of the light.

An opportunity to let go and relax and be comfortable in the stillness and space you create.

This will be followed by a deep relaxing yoga meditation (Nidra).

Amy will finish with a sound bath, a sonic massage for the body that is pure bliss.

Classes are suitable for everyone, even those with no yoga experience.
