Frombumps2babies : Get back to exercise after having your baby (or build on your existing fitness levels) with our resident pregnancy & postnatal fitness specialist, Kerry Cox (of Female Fitness Matters). Kerry’s classes (which are endorsed by the team at Harborne Physio), run four times a week in the Main hall and are a great way to get back into exercising safely after giving birth, re-strengthen those core and pelvic floor muscles, assist weight loss and to meet other local moms for support and friendship Because Kerry understands that many moms don't have the luxury of childcare to get their workout in, she also provides a supervised children's corner in the same room.
